水松石山房主人 莫士撝 （Hugh Moss），（b.1943年），收藏中国艺术品逾四十年， 于中国文房收藏稳执牛耳，为世界著名的鼻烟壶收藏家，藏品亦包含古董、字画、近现代书画及当代艺术。首推他于1986年与香港东方陶瓷学会、香港大学冯平山博物馆联合举办的《文玩萃珍》展览，并出版了同名图录，此书在文物界已被奉为圭臬，作为重要的究学参考。他也是中国当代水墨的重要推手，曾代理了王季迁、刘丹、刘国松、方召麐、何怀硕及陈其宽等多位重要中国艺术家。
